From the very first moment I rang South Devon Relocations, I was treated to a customer service masterclass from the off. Andy was extremely polite, courteous, efficient, organised and knew exactly what we wanted in terms of service and budget. Despite our completion date constantly changing on numerous occasions, Andy was completely flexible, understanding and accommodating at every step of the way. When removal day finally arrived, we were greeted by 3 huge smiles from 3 of the most friendly gentlemen you could ever wish to meet. Headed by team leader Pete, the lads worked tirelessly all day and made us feel tired just watching them! Nothing was too much trouble and I was even invited into the back of the truck to see how much care had been taken in stacking and protecting our furniture. I couldn’t believe the precision and skill required to load the truck the way they did and everything was wrapped in blankets, shrink wrapped and tied in. If that wasn’t amazing enough, when it came to unloading, this is where the lads really excelled themselves!

When the crew arrived at our new house, not only did they proceed to set up our home as if they knew where to put everything, but they reassembled 3 beds, 2 wardrobes, connected and tested the washing machine and dishwasher, tuned in 2 televisions and even showed me how to work the central heating! At the end of the job, we were even presented with a lovely card and a bottle of wine by the crew as a house warming gift which was totally unexpected, but really thoughtful. By the time the lads left, the house was fully functional, with all the unpacked boxes and bags neatly stacked in their respective rooms and every piece of furniture exactly where we wanted it. In fact it looked so good, that we had some friends come over that evening who could not believe that we had moved in that day!!!!
